Silver Bangles and Charms Workshop -Saturday 16th March 2024
In this 6hr workshop you will make one 3mm or two 2mm bangles in a small class of up to four.
You will learn to measure, saw, file, solder, texture and polish. You will also design and make your own charms to hang from your bangles and solder on. You’re welcome to bring your own sentimental or old gold or silver to melt down and roll into wire for rings or charms on your bangle. Bring unused charms, earring sections etc that could be adapted to put on your bangle.
Refreshments and snacks will be provided whilst sitting at your bench enjoying the views across the field and down to the lake.
Bring your own lunch or request grazing boxes depending on availability, which can be eaten lakeside weather permitting.
Long hair must be tied back and closed toe shoes must be worn. Bring glasses if needed for very close work.
